Most people move not with the wind

but with the river.

The river is forced

by a determined gravity

flowing a single direction

for all eternity.

The wind is driven

a consequence of

nature’s complex interplay

sustaining an ever-changing speed

shifting courses

influencing the roots of trees to stretch,

unsettling the soil of which redwoods aged a millennium are grounded in

orchestrating the current of the ocean

commanding wildfires to dance

withholding of pernicious catastrophe.

Yet

many object the wind

drawn to the river

by a convincing guidance

to a path

only availed by the wind.

I think ethical content is pretty great. In fact, I’d like to see a heck of a lot more of it. So, I created a list of questions for you to ask yourself as you put content out into the universe of the world wide web.
